I live in an apartment, I'm not sure if the delivery drivers are lazy or something but they dropped off everyone's packages around my apartment and decided to delay mine by a business( this happens often apparently)
They had my package so no excuse. I realize times are tuff, but I work at a grocery store where I cant just tell people
(I have your item, but come back in a day) just deliver if you have it! It's your job

UPS have been holding my package for a "customs check" for the last 5 days. Despite repeated phone calls (and promises of call backs) I have been unable to get in touch with anyone other than useless customer service who can do nothing. Now stuck in limbo unable to do anything because UPS will not answer their phones / emails

Terrible service.ive had 2 deliveries first one they didn't post out for delivery and I missed it 2nd delivery said it was coming this day and I waited all day only to be told at the end of the day that they were coming tomorrow ruining a perfectly beautiful day.ups is poorly run and unorganized.take your business elsewhere

UPS never delivers on time. Ordered an item and paid for next day delivery, never arrived. No delivery date available. Why do companies use this terrible shipper? I don’t order from anyone using UPS any longer.

package held in barcelona for 5 days , when i call they say you need to sign a power of attorney , i say which one , they say we do not know we need to find it, then they spend 20 minuets looking for their own doument .. when they csnt find it they just drop my call..

Well what can I say...this is the VERY WORST company I have ever dealt with....they are unscrupulous unethical and their whole set up from customer service to being able to contact them is impossible. I ship monthly from Spain to the Uk and have been doing it for the past 15 months with no problems at all but decided to give ups a try......BIG MISTAKE.....I won’t go into everything as I could go on for ever but please anyone reading this and thinking of using them PLEASE DON’T or you could end up like me and all the others on this page being caused undue stress....they are also using COVID and Brexit as an excuse but I used TNT last month with no problem at all....this lot are just the absolute pits of a company and beggars belief they are still trading.

The bar graph says it all. I totally agree and sympathise with the single star reviews. My parcel worth £130 was collected from my home in early Feb. Tracking showed it was “in transit” when in reality it had been lost, dumped or stolen while in their hands. It has taken countless phone calls and emails to get any sense or action from UPS. A miserable compensation which I have finally prised out of the company covers half the value of what was lost. I have had to do all the running in this matter. I was fobbed off at every turn and have been out of pocket fir 3 months. UPS is quick enough to take our money, slow in the extreme to repay, and plainly unreliable.I didn’t take out (or know about) the optional £5 insurance (non refundable) when I booked. Even had I read the small print would I have paid the extra? No. I would have expected UPS to do what they’re paid for. Like many others I shall never go near UPS again.

worst courier company i had ever dealt with. There was an assessment fee to be paid by the recipient. I called UPS customer services, billings and export team 23 times and no one can explain what an assessment is. They are absolutely useless and they said to the recipient no fee no parcel. I spent a fortune on the delivery cost and was absolutely shocked at their attitude.

I know All Delivery Services are working hard with more shopping being done online because of Covid.I gave four stars because I do occasionally have trouble getting my UPS packages delivered, but most often the service is really pretty good!

do not send anything by UPS, they lost my package and it is soooooo hard to communicate with them. I has missed my deadline for applying for a license because of them, and I have to wait one more year.

I had an Amazon return, and I was not prepared, John came to my door and helped coach me on how to prepare my return properly and was extremely patient and extremely courteous and very helpful! I think he said his name was John Kidd… He was just wonderful!I really appreciate the customer service I received from John!!!!

Package I sent is still in route. Scheduled for delivery on the 12th today is the 15th. No explanation as to the delay. Next time I'll send it a week early or send it USPS for cheaper. Humm let me think...

# UPS couriers collecting money from customers illegally # UPS courier fraud #We were tricked by a UPS courier delivering in the area of Limburg Belgium. He said that some charges still had to be paid for the shipment by the consignee upon delivery (and who would think of questioning an official delivery man of UPS...). We paid cash, but before realising to ask for a receipt the courier took off and did not pay attention at us waving and calling out as he was driving off. UPS Customer support refused to take this fraud seriously. After lots of emails back and forth they just maintained that there was no payment from consignee for this shipment collected. I am honestly quite shocked at such attitude towards fraud amongst UPS employees!...I can only imagine, how much money UPS couriers are picketing this way, without any fear of being sanctioned. Private customers would not usually even think of asking for a receipt, to their convenience. We only asked because this was a commercial delivery, from our company in USA. I highly discourage B2B and private customers using UPS - this is unethical to leave such instances without attention by the company's management, and if a more serious trouble happens with your shipment, they have little interest in taking care of their customers, as I would not have confidence that you as a customer will be helped by UPS support service at all. Extremely disappointed! #UPScourierfraud #UPScourierscollectingpaymentsillegaly
